Introduction
Founded in 2003, our factory is a professional manufacturer specializing in the design and production of pressure vessel heads. We are equipped with a full range of advanced machinery, including 300T, 500T, 800T, 1200T, 4000T, and 6000T automatic press machines, as well as spinning machines ranging from 3.6m to 12m. Additionally, our facility houses specialized rooms for non-destructive testing (NDT), physics and chemistry analysis, a mechanics lab, welding test rooms, and a 12,500mm heat-treating furnace. With continuous investment in technology, we have expanded our equipment to include NC polishing machines, plasma welding, gantry automatic grinders, and milling machines. This ongoing development is set to establish a fully automated production line.
High Quality
We maintain a national standard of quality control, certified by ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, and OHSMS18001. In 2006, we earned the A3 production license and received international recognition with the ASME approval in 2009. Our product range includes ellipsoidal heads, flat heads, cone heads, spherical heads, U-rings, and expansion joints, with diameters ranging from 42mm to 12,000mm. Our expertise covers various materials, including carbon steels, alloy steels, and stainless steels. We are industry leaders in the production of eccentric cone heads, bow-shaped bottom heads, and titanium alloy steel heads, utilizing cutting-edge technology for large, thin-walled stainless steel and special alloy steel products.
